quick and easy
Bring the water to a boil and use it to brew the tea. Let the tea steep for 8-10 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Bring about 350 ml of the tea to a boil again in a saucepan. In the meantime, mix the pudding powder with the remaining tea. Add a few dashes of sweetener, if desired, as well as the cinnamon powder or speculatius spice. Do this carefully, or the pudding will taste too strong. As soon as the tea water boils, stir in the tea-pudding mix and simmer over low heat until the mixture thickens. Pour the pudding into a suitably sized bowl or dessert glasses and let cool. If you don’t want a skin, simply place a piece of cling film over the pudding. You can also enjoy the pudding warm, but it will taste more intense when it has cooled slightly. If you like—or if the flavor is too strong—you can mix quark, preferably one with yogurt or natural yogurt, into the cooled pudding. Of course, this can also be done vegan with soy yogurt.
