Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 3 spring onions
- 1 onion(s)
- 750 g minced meat
- 200 g cream
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard
- Clarified butter
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp water

very simple and delicious
Clean and halve the mushrooms. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Peel and dice the onion. Knead the minced meat with the onions, breadcrumbs, mustard, and water, season generously with salt and pepper, and form the dough into meatballs. Brown them in clarified butter, then remove and place in a casserole dish. Sauté the mushrooms in the frying fat and deglaze with cream. Season and pour the sauce over the meatballs. Sprinkle with the spring onions. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes. We serve it with rice and a delicious mixed salad. It also works well with just a baguette.
