Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 apple
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g cream cheese, semi-skimmed, 30% dry matter
- ½ tsp curry powder
- some lemon juice
- pepper

Coarsely grate the apple and slice the spring onions into small rings. Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with curry powder, lemon juice, and pepper. It also tastes good as a dip for raw vegetables. It will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
