Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 lemons, untreated
- 1 tsp dill
- 2 tsp chives
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 200 ml water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
Instructions

Grate the lemon zest and set it aside. Microwave the lemons for about 1 minute. Pierce one side briefly and squeeze out the lemon juice. Remove any seeds. Combine the juice with the zest, dill, chives, diced onion, and water (about 200 ml, depending on the size of the lemons) in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
