Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 25 g chia seeds
- 25 g couscous
- 100 g wholemeal flour
- 3 g yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g water, approx.
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
crispy snack
Mix all ingredients until you have a smooth dough. Roll out the dough with a little flour and cut into pieces using a pastry wheel. Place the pieces on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. The exact time depends on the size and thickness of your sticks.
