Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 100 ml water, warm
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp, sifted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- ½ tsp, levelled pepper, white

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the flour with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Slowly add the oil and water and knead into a smooth dough. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the dough very thinly. Bake for about 12 minutes. Then let it cool and break into pieces.
