super healthy and delicious

Preparation is really simple. Put all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Blend until everything is finely chopped and forms a dough. It’s okay if there are still some bits of oatmeal visible. I recommend chopping on a higher speed to start with and then mixing on a lower speed to create a kind of dough. Stop the blender after about 30 seconds and press the mixture together with your fingers. If it holds together, it’s perfect. If it’s too dry and not sticky enough, add a little more almond butter or almond milk. If it’s too moist and sticky, add a few more oats. Once you’ve reached the right consistency, you can form it into small balls with your hands, but don’t make them too small. Use the end of a spoon to make a hollow in each ball and add a tiny bit of jam. Finally, carefully close the opening again. With a little intuition, this works quite well. Of course, you can’t close it completely. Your delicious little snack balls are ready.
