Quick chicken pan with yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 1 ½ onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the meat into small 2-3 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the meat. Add olive oil, paprika, and curry powder, and season generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Then simply sear the chicken in a very hot pan. Add the yogurt and cream. Season to taste. Serve with rice.
