Turkey and feta cheese rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 turkey cutlets, thin
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 tomato(s) in slices
  • 6 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Flatten the turkey schnitzels slightly (a pan works well for this) and spread an equal amount of feta cheese on each schnitzel. Place the tomato slices and basil leaves on top and roll each one into a roulade. Secure with toothpicks or string. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and sear in a pan with olive oil. Fry for about 4 minutes on all sides, until the schnitzels are crispy. Then place in the oven at approximately 180°C (convection oven) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with salad and baguette.
