Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 380 g wheat flour
- 3 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 90 g cocoa powder
- some vanilla, ground
- 2 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 200 g raw cane sugar
- 3 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 10 tbsp maple syrup
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 350 ml almond milk (almond drink) or rice milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Favorite recipe – vegan, juicy, quick and easy
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into a bowl and mix with all the other dry ingredients. Stir in all the wet ingredients. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a whisk and pour into a prepared springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes.
