Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 500 ml low-fat milk
- 3 handfuls of oat flakes
Instructions

Place the thawed strawberries, half of the milk, and the oats in a bowl and blend thoroughly. Then add the remaining milk and blend everything again.
