Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g berries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 25 g cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients into a smooth shake and pour into a large glass or several glasses. This shake is extremely high in protein and relatively low in carbohydrates. Per serving, 432 kcal
