Puff pastry tart with apple and pear

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, rolled out
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 40 g butter
  • 120 g crème fraîche, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for 4 pieces

1. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Peel the pear and apple and slice them thinly using a mandoline or mandoline, removing the core. Toss the slices with the lemon juice and spread them on the pastry. 2. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the apple and pear slices. Melt the butter and drizzle over the slices. Bake in the lower third of the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Immediately slice the tart and serve with crème fraîche.
