Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Butter for the mold
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 6 bulb(s)
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 120 g almonds
  • 4 eggs
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Grease a pie dish with butter and place the puff pastry in it. Work the edges up and prick the base a few times with a fork. Peel and halve the pears, remove the cores, and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the pear halves on the pastry (core facing down). Finely grind the almonds. Beat the eggs and powdered sugar for about 5 minutes until frothy, then add the almonds. Pour the egg and almond mixture over the pears. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Serve cold or lukewarm as a dessert with vanilla sauce.
