"Mousse au Chocolat", vegan chocolate cream made from bananas

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe, peeled and cut into pieces
  • ½ avocado(s), scooped out flesh
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g. peanut butter)
  • 2 tbsp plant milk (plant drink)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

without milk or eggs, gluten-free

Roughly mash the banana and avocado with the nut butter and plant milk with a fork, ensuring the nut butter is well incorporated into the mixture. Then add the cocoa powder and blend everything in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth. Enjoy as soon as possible. This recipe also works without avocado and with water instead of plant milk.
