Vegan Matcha Cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 4 dates, soft or soaked
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of bourbon vanilla flavor
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fast

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. We used a mini stand mixer. If you haven’t reached your desired consistency, carefully add a little more water. Then pour the cream into a glass, and you’re done. It can essentially be used like a compote. Tastes great as a side dish or topping for desserts like semolina porridge, rice pudding, or fruit salad. Can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
