Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe, peeled and cut into pieces
- ½ avocado(s), scooped out flesh
- 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g. peanut butter)
- 2 tbsp plant milk (plant drink)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions

without milk or eggs, gluten-free
Roughly mash the banana and avocado with the nut butter and plant milk with a fork, ensuring the nut butter is well incorporated into the mixture. Then add the cocoa powder and blend everything in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth. Enjoy as soon as possible. This recipe also works without avocado and with water instead of plant milk.
