Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml coffee, boiled
  • 20 g sugar
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 25 g mascarpone
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 g cocoa powder, low-fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Mix the cold coffee with the sugar. Line the bottom of a bowl with half of the sponge fingers. Drizzle half of the coffee on top. For the cream, combine all the remaining ingredients, except the cocoa, until smooth and spread half of it on the sponge fingers. Repeat this process. Sift the cocoa over the finished tiramisu. Let the dessert sit for about 3 hours, then enjoy. This is a delicious tiramisu with only 134 calories per 100g.
