Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark (low-fat quark or 20%)
  • 2 tbsp milk or mineral water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (or acacia honey)
  • some cinnamon
  • 3 prunes, pitted, diced
  • 1 tbsp nuts, roasted and chopped
  • some vanilla pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fits well into the GLYX nutrition program

Whisk quark with milk or mineral water until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, maple syrup or honey, and spices. Stir in diced plums and roasted nuts. Delicious for breakfast (also as a spread) or as a snack between meals. Note: Fits well with a glycemic index (GLYX) diet, as it’s high in protein and low in fat, and uses only permitted carbohydrates.
