Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 ml milk 1.5% fat
  • Locust bean gum (Biobin), 2 scoops
  • 1 dashes sweetener, liquid
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, add the Biobin (locust bean gum), and beat with a mixer for about 4 minutes. Then add sweetener and cinnamon, or similar. The mixture will be very thick and creamy, but you have to beat it long enough. One scoop of Biobin corresponds to approximately 1 g. WW points: 1 point.
