Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 150 g sugar snap peas
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger root
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- chili
- Cinnamon
- salt and pepper

Dice the tofu. Finely chop the shallot and ginger and sauté with the sesame seeds. Pour in the broth. Stir in the peanut butter. Add the snow peas and simmer until tender. Season to taste.
