Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bunches of arugula
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 3 nectarines
- 1 bunch of basil
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper, freshly ground black
- Sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and tear the arugula into small pieces, wash and chop the basil. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces and dice the nectarines. Place everything in a bowl and toss with good olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve. It also tastes delicious on a sandwich; you could serve it with Parma ham.
