Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quince(s)
- 500 g apples
- 500 ml water
- 80 g sugar
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
Instructions

half with apples, therefore not so tart
Wipe the gray, dry skin off the fruit. Wash in lukewarm water, peel, cut into eighths, and remove the core. Peel the apples and also cut into eighths. Remove the core. Simmer with water and sugar over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add cinnamon or lemon juice to taste.
