only 4 components

Using a stand or hand mixer, process the finely ground oats into a flour. Combine the oat flour, protein powder, and sweetener. Meanwhile, combine the peanut butter and milk in a bowl and heat gently in the microwave to allow the mixture to blend. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Then combine the blended “flour” with the liquid and process until a very thick mixture forms. Line a rectangular dish with plastic wrap and spread the mixture until it solidifies. Then spread the melted dark chocolate evenly over the mixture and place it in the refrigerator/freezer. Once the chocolate has solidified, the plastic wrap allows you to easily remove the mixture and cut it into bars. Note: If the bars are too sticky, you can also cut them before coating them with dark chocolate and briefly place them in the oven to remove any external moisture.
