Vegan artichoke spread with red onion

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 5 artichoke hearts, grilled, marinated in oil, from the jar
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch of thyme, dried
  • 1 pinch of marjoram, dried
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roughly chop the red onion and sauté in olive oil for about two minutes until lightly browned. Roughly dice the tofu. Drain the artichoke hearts well. Combine all ingredients in a tall container and blend thoroughly. Season the spread with salt and pepper. Store in a clean, hot-rinsed jar and refrigerate for four days.
