Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- 250 ml condensed milk
- 2 tsp beef broth, granulated
- 50 g butter
- nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel, dice, and wash the potatoes. Salt the dripping wet potatoes and cook them covered in the microwave. Heat the condensed milk in a saucepan on the stovetop, but do not boil. Add the potatoes, butter, and granulated stock. Mash everything until the desired consistency is reached and season with grated nutmeg.
