Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 sheets of rice paper
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 beetroot
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- some fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 52 minutes
prepared with the Philips Airfryer
Coarsely grate the carrot, beetroot, and onion, mix, and season with salt and pepper. Briefly dip the rice papers in water and spread them out on the countertop. Place about 2 teaspoons of filling along one edge, fold in slightly on the right and left sides, and roll up. Brush the rolls with a little oil and place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Set the air fryer to 190°C for 12 minutes. Serve the spring rolls with sweet chili sauce or similar.
