Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g king prawns, frozen, without heads and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • basil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some chili powder
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

from the Philips Airfryer; perfect with salad; suitable for WW

First, thaw the king prawns in cold water. Then rinse them again and let them drain slightly on kitchen paper or pat them dry. Finely chop the garlic. If using fresh herbs, finely chop them as well. Then put the garlic, herbs, and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix. You can then adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add the king prawns to the bowl, mix everything well, and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Then place everything in the basket of the Philips Airfryer and grill for 7 minutes at 180°C. Of course, this dish is also perfect for preparing on a charcoal grill. I skewer the prawns or place them on an aluminum tray. It goes perfectly with tzatziki, salad, and white bread… and a good glass of wine. Depending on the side dishes and oil, this dish is also ideal for the Weight Watchers program.
