Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g almonds, ground
- 10 g coconut flour
- 10 g protein powder, vegan, to taste

- 50 ml soy milk (soy drink) or other plant-based drink
- 50 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 10 g peanut butter

Halve the banana. Combine coconut flour, almond flour, protein powder, banana, and soy milk in a cup. Microwave for 3 minutes at about 600 watts. The cake should then be slightly firmer and have formed a light crust. For the topping, combine soy yogurt, the other half of the banana, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, adding a little sweetener if desired. It has about 250 kcal and 15 g of protein thanks to the nut flour and protein powder.
