Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 bananas
  • 200 g sugar
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 liters of oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

In a large bowl, combine the flour with sugar, baking powder, and salt. Puree the bananas and add them to the flour mixture. Then knead everything until a nice, creamy dough forms. If the dough isn’t creamy enough, add half a glass of water or another banana. Place the dough in the refrigerator to rest for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the deep fryer. Form into balls of any size and fry in the deep fryer until golden brown.
