Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g nectarines or peaches
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp, heaped wheat germ, alternatively oat flakes
- 150 g yogurt, alternatively soy yogurt
- 120 ml coconut drink, alternatively plant drink or milk
- possibly maple syrup or other sweetener

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without banana, also vegan possible
Wash all the fruit. Hull the strawberries. Pit the nectarines, leaving the skin on. Cut everything into pieces and place in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for about 1 minute. Alternatively, you can puree with an immersion blender, but this may take a little longer. I like it best with coconut milk and maple syrup. You can also use milk or plant-based milks.
