Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 handfuls of grapes, seedless, otherwise deseed beforehand
- 150 g yogurt (blueberry yogurt)
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
Instructions

healthy and delicious for breakfast haters
Simply toss the ingredients together (if you don’t like it too grainy, you can let the oats soak in the milk for a few minutes before adding the rest), blend well with a hand blender (or mixer) until frothy, and enjoy. In summer, you can also mix in one or two ice cubes. You can also vary the fruit and yogurt; it always tastes really good!
