Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of yeast dough for Sunday rolls (refrigerated section)
- 1 large apple (Granny Smith)
- 150 g butter
- 180 g sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla flavor, natural
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 150 ml lemonade
- Butter for the mold
- Flour for rolling out
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
With vanilla, cinnamon and lemon soda
Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Quarter and core the apple, and cut into 12 wedges. Roll out the yeast dough pieces into small circles on a floured work surface. Place an apple piece in the center of each dough circle, fold the edges in toward the center, and place the rolls seam-down in a greased baking dish. Mix the melted butter with the vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon and spread it on the rolls. Pour in the lemonade and place the baking dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
