Strawberry-melon smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries, peeled and weighed
  • 120 g Charentais melon, flesh weighed
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 120 ml milk
  • possibly agave syrup
  • possibly fruits for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the chilled melon flesh into pieces and blend it with strawberries, mint, and milk in a blender until smooth. Season with agave syrup, if desired, and serve garnished with fruit.
