Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 275 ml almond drink warmed to 36 °C
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g margarine (sunflower margarine)
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 10 g salt
- 75 g raisins
- some agave syrup
- Handful of almond flakes

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

For the dough, mix all ingredients except the raisins and knead for at least 16 minutes, then fold in the raisins. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for at least 30-45 minutes. Divide the dough into three equal portions and shape each into a rope about 25-30 cm long. Use the three ropes to braid the loaf. Cover the loaf with a cloth and let it rise for at least 30 minutes. Brush the loaf with agave syrup and sprinkle with flaked almonds, pressing them in lightly if necessary. Preheat the oven to 210°C and bake the loaf for about 20 minutes. Cut the loaf into about 8 pieces.
