Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp raisins, large, light
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 melon(s) (watermelon and/or honeydew melon)
  • 75 ml natural yogurt
  • Cinnamon as desired
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fruit salad with yogurt and honey

Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into bite-sized pieces. Core the apple, pear, and melon and also cut them into bite-sized pieces. Combine everything in a bowl. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the fruit. Add the raisins, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon and let it sit for 10 minutes. Stir in the yogurt. Ladle into bowls and serve. Can be made with any type of fruit.
