Colorful fruit salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 peaches or nectarines
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 200 g grapes, seedless
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

So easy, so quick and so delicious!

Peel the bananas, kiwis, mango, and orange. Core the apples, pit the peaches, cut the mango flesh away from the stone, and remove the white pith from the orange. Now dice everything and mix with the grapes. Sprinkle the walnuts on top and drizzle with the honey. Mix everything well and enjoy! Tips: It’s important, of course, that all the fruit is well ripe—so the salad will be really aromatic. If you want to let it stand for a while, it’s a good idea to mix in 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent the fruit from turning brown. The oranges and kiwis also contribute to this. If you like, you can of course serve cream or any mild cream as a side dish.
