Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
- 2 avocados
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- ½ bunch coriander leaves
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 lime(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the spring onions. Chop the cilantro. Chop the salmon as finely as possible. Chop the chili (remove the seeds, otherwise it will be too hot). Squeeze the limes. Place everything in a bowl and toss with lime juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Serve with white bread and a light white wine.
