Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 50 g butter, soft
- 4 eggs
- 1 gherkin(s)
- ½ lime(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Hard-boil and chop the eggs. Finely dice the pickle. Juice half a lime. Roughly chop the trout fillet. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
