Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg Mett (already seasoned)
  • 3 large onions

Instructions

if you don’t want to just put your Mett on the table

Divide the Mett into three different-sized piles. The first pile should be the largest and form the body, the second pile the head, and the third and smallest pile the nose. Now shape your pieces so that when you put everything together, it forms a hedgehog. Peel your onions. Cut them lengthwise into strips; this will form the hedgehog’s spines. Once you have the right-sized onion strips, stuff the pieces into the Mett hedgehog. Remember that the hedgehog also needs onion eyes. Serve with some delicious bread.
