Baked feta cheese casserole with tomato and peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble 200g of feta cheese into a greased baking dish. Wash the tomatoes and trim the bell pepper. Dice both and add them to the feta cheese. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Bake the casserole for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 225°C. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with oregano, salt, and pepper and pour over the casserole. Return to the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
