Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pineapple
- 4 tbsp honey
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp almond(s), roasted, chopped
- 2 sprigs of mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the pineapple and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Remove the core with a sharp knife or corer. Grill the pineapple slices briefly on each side on a hot grill, turning each slice over a drizzle of 2 tablespoons of honey. Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche with lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, and ground ginger. Arrange the pineapple on a platter and drizzle with the sauce. Serve garnished with chopped almonds and mint leaves.
