Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 slices of toast
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 150 ml sour cream substitute, vegan
- 150 g cheese substitute, vegan
- 300 g pasta
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Herbs as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Line a baking dish with toast. Chop the onions and toss with the oil and a little salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the toast. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic. Mix everything with the cooked pasta and the sour cream substitute. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Then pour everything into the baking dish and sprinkle the vegan cheese over it. Bake in the oven at 230°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
