Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour, plus some for the proving basket
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 400 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 packet of dry yeast

Combine flour, cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Mix together lukewarm water and yeast. Add the liquid to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms. Place the dough in a floured proving basket (or bowl) and let it rise for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking rack. Bake for about 45-60 minutes. After baking, let the bread cool for about 2 hours before slicing.
