Spinach casserole with pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g leaf spinach
  • 500 g pasta (any shape)
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Meatless and delicious

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, bring the spinach to a boil with cream and melted cheese. Season generously with nutmeg, pepper, and garlic. Add the pasta, mix, and pour everything into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C (350-400°F) until the cheese has melted and is beginning to turn golden brown.
