Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g almonds, whole kernels
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 60 g pumpkin seeds
  • 60 g sesame seeds
  • 60 g desiccated coconut
  • 30 g flaxseed
  • 100 g liquid coconut oil
  • 60 g tahini
  • 60 g chocolate drops, dark, sugar-free or low-sugar
  • 2 eggs

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Keto, low carb, low carb high fat

This quantity is sufficient for approximately 18 bars. Roughly chop the nuts and almonds in a blender as desired. Mix the chopped kernels with the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture into a baking dish (approx. 28 cm x 22 cm) lined with baking paper and press it flat. Bake or dry the chocolate-nut mixture in a preheated oven at 175 °C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool thoroughly, cut into bars of any size, and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. The bars contain approximately 242 kcal per serving. This includes carbohydrates: 1.5 g, of which sugars: 0.7 g, fat: 22.1 g, and protein: 6.7 g.
