Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 20 drops of flavoring (aroma drops), vanilla, e.g. Flavordrops
  • 85 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 60 g almonds, chopped
  • 30 g almond flakes
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • 60 g flaxseed meal
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 20 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

yields approx. 25 – 30 pieces

Preheat the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Weigh all ingredients, place them in a bowl, and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet, about 0.5 cm thick. Place the dough in the oven for 15 minutes and cut into small snacks (squares) immediately after removing it from the oven.
