Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ pineapple
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 apple
- some grapes, red, seedless
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 30 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the fruit into equal-sized cubes, halve the grapes, and slice the bananas. Place in a bowl, drizzle with lemon and honey, stir, and let stand for about 20 minutes. Toast the chopped almonds in a pan and mix them with the desiccated coconut into the fruit salad just before serving. Ladle into small bowls and serve.
