Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g HENGLEIN pan-fried gnocchi
- 250 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch fresh basil
- 30 g pine nuts
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mushroom pan with crispy pan-fried gnocchi – quick to prepare and simply delicious
1. Fry the pine nuts in a dry pan for 5 minutes until golden brown and set aside. Fry the gnocchi with 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. 2. Clean the mushrooms with a cloth and halve them. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Then add the mushrooms and garlic to the gnocchi pan with the remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry for 10 minutes. Return the gnocchi to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the basil and pine nuts and enjoy! Nutritional values per serving: 559 kcal, 10 g protein, 36 g fat, 46 g carbohydrates
