Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (Gemelli)
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegan
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Then heat the truffle oil in a pan and fry the cooked gemelli with the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
